That's how it works.

Are you not completely satisfied with your order? We will be happy to help you with the return. Here's how it works:


You can return your order to us within 14 days. The products must be in the undamaged original packaging and must also be unused and undamaged themselves.

If the original packaging is missing or damaged, we cannot sell the product as new. You will then get back a maximum of 75% of the purchase amount due to the depeception. For products that have already been used and no longer function properly, we refer to our guarantee conditions. Used products cannot be returned to us, the purchase price will not be refunded.

Fill in the return form

Use the delivery note as a return note or load the return note here and print it out. Indicate which product you want to return and what action you expect from us. Would you like to have another product? Then order it on our website. It is not possible to change the order.

The return to us

The return is at your own risk (even if we reimburse the shipping costs). PROZONE GmbH is not liable for lost or damaged returns and products. So make sure you have suitable packaging and use the box in which you received your order, for example. Don't forget to return all accessories as well.

Editing & Control

  1. Once we have received your return, you will receive a confirmation from us.
  2. The product is checked by one of our specialists. This can take up to five working days.
  3. If the verification shows that the product meets our return policy, the purchase amount will be refunded to you within four working days. We will always refund you the amount using the payment method you chose when paying.
